This company was beyond courteous and professional! The office called several times to make sure my appointment worked for me, gave me an hour window to expect them-they arrived within the first ten minutes and took ten minutes to install the blinds which look FANTASTIC! I'm thrilled!

They were scheduled to arrive on a Thursday between 10-12:00 to repair the pull string of a black honeycomb shade. When the repairman didn't arrive by 1:30, I called the office and was told by the scheduler that the color cord (black) needed to repair the shade was on back order and did not arrive. The cord was expected to arrive (today or tomorrow). So, the date was rescheduled for the following Tuesday. The repairman arrived at the appointed time on the following Tuesday and said "I hope you like white cord". At that point, I was not anxious to reschedule for a third time and told him to just use the white color. It was a disappointing experience for the $55 charge.

They were friendly, fast and delivered as promised. I am very happy with my window blinds.

I had an excellent experience with Larry and the company. He took the time to listen to what I needed, presented a number of options, and made recommendations. The blinds were delivered within the time period. Larry installed them quickly, and they are perfect! A quote from another company was less, but I decided to go with Statewide because of Larry's knowledge. I was not disappointed, and would recommend this company to others.
