Excellent. This was the second time we used them and they did a very thorough job. Very nice people . I would defiitely use them again.

They were very expensive but they were excellent. I had them a couple of times. It was beautifully done. The smell was wonderful when they left.

A long time ago we had them a couple of times. It worked out really good; they bid okay. They did pretty good and we did not have any complaints about them. I believe we had a coupon for this service and they honored it. I think they did a pretty good job. I don't think it was all perfect. They came on time and moved the furniture; we had no complaint about that.

We have used Babysoft Carpet Cleaning before and we were not disappointed this time. Both Chris and Spiro came right on time. They were both very friendly and pleasant to be around. We received a very thorough, complete deep cleaning. The carpeting and the area rug look terrific. Obviously, we are very pleased and would not hesitate to use them again.

They scheduled quickly, showed up on time, did a neat and thorough job in a reasonable timeframe at what I considered a price less than I was expecting. The carpets are fresh, soft and immaculate. One room was destroyed from grandsons first & second year. I laughed when they said they'd be able to get up the worst stains -- THEY DID, it looks like new. Chris & Spiro were very pleasant and did a good job of explaining the process and alternatives. They will be back.

Chris and Spiro arrived promptly at 10:00am. We went over the areas that needed cleaning and discussed pricing. Spiro cheerfully assisted me in moving boxes as I had injured my back the day before. They were careful about moving their equipment around our furniture. They did a wonderful job in both rooms. I have used their service in the past and will continue to in the future. They are reasonable with their pricing and are very professional. I love their service so much that I have quit using the popular competition (not mentioning any names).

Have used them for years. Always prompt, courteous, professional and they do a great job cleaning both the tile/grout and carpets in my home.

Chris the technician showed up on time and started to work immediately. He did a fantastic job and in fact removed stains that previous cleaners had not been able to. He and the other technician were very friendly and perfect gentleman. He left the house in perfect condition.

I am very pleased with the work performed by BabySoft. The pet stains along with the smells were removed by a lot of sweat and effort by the technician.

Showed up on time and spend about 3 - 4 hrs cleaning all the carpets. We had not clean them for almost 6 years and now they look brand new!!!!!

He is very fair. He does a really good job. He doesn't charge me if he can't get spots out. If he does, then he charges me a small amount.

The work has always turned out fabulous. They are magnificent. They are very reasonable and they do an excellent job. They are the best in Tampa. Not only do they do the carpets, but they also clean our outdoor cushions. I can’t say enough positive things about them.

This is the second time that we have used the company. We contact them and they came out a few days later at the scheduled time. Upon looking at the couches, they determined they were bigger than what they thought from the phone discussion. The guys got right to work, cleaned the furniture pieces removing the stains and crayon marks from micro-suede fabric. Afterwards, they cleaned the area rugs removing a variety of stains including some red juice stains. The work was completed timely and with great quality.
