He did a good job with the carpet cleaning in general. The only reason I did not rate an A was because the deep cleaning price changed significantly after giving me a quote over the phone. The carpet was in good condition but It needed a good cleaning. I did not get a good explanation of why the price changed so much. Anyway the job performed was good overall with the exception of one spot that it did not come off.

I recently installed new, very expensive, carpet in my master bedroom. I recently got an adorable puppy as well. Unfortunately, the dog still gets separation anxiety when we leave. We usually close bedroom door but tonight we were in a rush to leave and forgot to close bedroom door. When we got back home the puppy got in the master bedroom and defecated all over the room! I was horrified. I called Atlantic 1 on a Saturday night. Liran arrived within the hour (amazing) and did an incredible job. All stains and smells are gone. I am so thankful. And, I'm going to start crate training!!
