I can't say enough about this company. They always go above and beyond to do their job and then some to make you feel comfortable to have them in your home. Have used them for many things from replacing toilets to outside leak to broken pipes. Wonderful job done every time. No wait, on time and always make you seem as if you are their only concern.

Thank you, to the gentleman from Eric's Plumbing who crawled underneath my house so I could have cold water and an crushed ice from my refrigerator. They even came a week sooner than I was originally quoted. Very happy with the job. Thank you guys!

Reached out many times. Unresponsive. Just wasted time trying to offer the work to them. If you?re too busy, just say that from the outset and customers can move on. Don?t respond quickly to the initial contact then ghost!

Overall, a good company. However, after the job was finished, I found out that one outside faucet had not been reconnected to the waterline. Sent an e-king what needed to be done to correct the issue, but have yet to receive a reply mail.

Courteous Professional On Time Service

Very responsive. My only complaint was he checked out my tankless hot water heater and said it wasnâ t getting power and I needed to call out an electrician. The electrician came out and deemed the circuit breaker fine, charged me for a service call ($105) of course and I had to call plumber back. But he came back and got the job done. Would use again.

The workers did a good job however I think the labor was expensive. They spent less than 30 minutes, connecting the PVC pipe was not labor-intense, because they use a liquid to connect the pipes. I was pleased and they came quickly.
