We were without gas for a few days during a cold snap in Florida. After the first visit we were told that we had a leak in the outside piping underground. They told us th because of the holiday (MLK Day) that the parts wouldn't be ready until Tues. They showed up on Monday however and completed the job. Thank You Eric's Plumbing. Great Job.

They came out within an hour and took care of the problem!

Everything the serviceman told me was correct. He was very nice and I would use him again if needed.

They brought the wrong water heater on the first trip but went back and brought another which added about an hour to the job. Other than that we are very satisfied.

Hired Eric from 700 miles away. He was very quick to respond, prompt on the service and turnaround time. He replaced my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. The price was reasonable.

Just a quick note to let you know that I contacted Eric's Plumbing this morning to come and investigate the faulty hot water handle on a bath sink. I called and was told that "Jason" would be here within an hour - and he was! He was a very pleasant young man, competent and efficient. He diagnosed the problem, showed me how to remove the handle if necessary again, replaced the leaking cartridge, and was gone within an hour. The charge was fair and reasonable. I would recommend Eric's Plumbing, located in neighboring Auburndale, to anyone in the area seeking good, reasonable plumbing services. Keep up the good work! Thanks,

Charged me for 2 hours even though he arrived at 2 and was gone by 3. With one of the 2 repairs that were made the problem started again about 3 days after work was completed. The contractor cut hole in drywall and did not repair hole so now we have to hire someone else to repair the hole.
