The plumbers showed up on time and finished the installation of my water heater in a timely manner. The job was a bit pricey - $600 - which was quoted to me but I accepted it. When it came time to pay the one plumber said it would be $650. When I objected and asked that he call his supervisor he said, Oh! I just got an e-mail that it really is $600. What if I didn't say anything? I would have been charged $50 more!

Work performed by a knowledgeable and personable technician. Installation was performed exactly as I had envisioned. EXCELLENT!

Had a simple clog that required a plumber for legal reasons. Communication with office was good, work was performed quickly and professionally, and staff was friendly. A little expensive (service call price for a 10 minute job), but understandable considering the cost of doing business. I would use them again.

More talk than work. Completed job but had no receipt papers. Said he would email it. I called to get receipt - still waiting. Rather expensive.

Very knowledgeable with the Tankless Heater. I was extremely pleased with the work done and the price. He was extremely positive when I said I wanted a tankless heater and told me the pros and cons of having an electric water heater. He got one that will work best with my condo and I am very much pleased with both the installation and how well both the plumber and the electrician work together to get the work done without me having to be without hot water all in one day. The owner of the business came back to check on it the next day. Jason his helper was courteous and respected my home by cleaning up afterwards. Eric the owner is professional and comes up with the best inexpensive solution. The price was worth the job. BTW so far I am extremely happy with my electrical tankless heater and would recommend it for anyone who wants to upgrade their water heater.

I would hire this plumber again. He is knowledgeable, professional, polite and friendly. He also checked out some other minor issues and found simple inexpensive solutions to the problem I think he is honest. He followed another plumber I had hired to clear the drain. When the clog "reappeared" , I asked them to come back to finish the job. Their response was, "We don't guarantee clearing drain clogs" ! From now on I will be calling ERIC'S PLUMBING, not the other guys.

This project involved repairing the wooden flooring damaged by an old leak. Eric's took care of the plumbing, and put us in touch with a contractor who did an excellent job repairing the floor. We are very pleased with the results of this job, and would not hesitate to call back for other work in the future.

I wanted Eric to convert a hot water heater from gas to electric, the project became much more when we discovered we needed to redo the kitchen and bath plumbing. All work was completed perfectly while taking care to ensure his work would not interfere with cabinetry , etc. that was to follow. I will use his services again.

The quality of work was poor because it ruined my floor.

Nice and a very interesting guy who incidentally is a very good plumber. He was neat and cleaned up during and once the job was finished. He spent a considerable amount of time making certain there were no leaks. I would call him again.

I had two small jobs for Eric to do - a shower cartridge which had been installed incorrectly by the previous owner and the installation of a new kitchen faucet. Eric was prompt and completed these jobs with professionalism and expertise. Although only small jobs, I was impressed by his knowledge and would trust him with any plumbing job in the home. I consider I received value for money and would definitely hire him again.

$170.00 FOR 26 MINUTES OF LABOR, THATS RIGHT WE TIMED IT, 126.00 FOR HOT WATER HEATER PART, AND 5.00 FOR ICE MAKER STOPCOCK, WE SPENT MORE TIME AFTER COMPLETION TALKING ABOUT UP NORTH. IT WASN'T OUR FAULT THAT THE WEATHER WAS BAD THAT DAY AND THEY WERE BEHIND AND DIDN'T GET TO US UNTIL 6PM. WE HAD CLEANED AROUND THE FLOOR OF THE HOT WATER HEATER WITH A SHOP VAC, AND TOOK AWAY ALL THE COB WEBS, SO THE TECH DIDN'T DO THAT. WE THINK IT WAS A HORRIFIC LABOR CHARGE, AND THEY SHOULD RELOOK AT THIS FOR US.
