Description of Work: Put in a new boiler for my heating system.

Description of Work: Fixed a Takagi direct vent tankless water heater. Diagnosed the problem with the water heater and replaced the faulty flame detector that was preventing the gas to flow to the burner

Description of Work: A little over a month after we moved here, our water heater went out. We shopped around for a new water heater, and we found Shamrock online, and they called us.

Description of Work: Our hot water heater stopped functioning. We contacted the manufacturer who through a set of tests directed by them ascertained the problem. They indicated it was covered by warranty. They provided this individual as being contracted to service the warranty. He visited our home and evaluated the problem. He indicated it was probably not covered by warranty and that it would cost us $450, approximately. He said he would order the parts and contact us in a day. My husband contacted the manuafacturer again to confirm it was not on warranty, they stated the warranty was good for another month. He left a message with Mr. Murray in the afternoon of 8/10/11. No return call. I left another message in the afternoon of 8/11/11. No return call. Another message was left on 8/12/11, no return call. We called the manufacturer who stated he did not order the parts and told them he would get them from a distributor. I sent an email on 8/12/11. No reply. We called the manufacturer, AO Smith on 8/15/11 and they never received a return call from Shamrock. I left another message and again no return call. Mr. Murray understood that we have 6 people living in this house, 2 children and 2 elderly. He realized the importance in making this repair as we could not bath without boiling water, wash dishes or anything else requiring hot water. It is our belief that he decied that if he was not going to be paid full price, even though he was under contract with AO Smith, he would not do the work. All the while, he never contacted us so that we could make other plans and knowing he is one of few authorized servicemen.
