Mr. Moore was to complete the project in 5 weeks time. By the end of eight weeks, the project was still not complete. Additionally he practiced outside of his scope by installing light fixtures without electrical credentials. He never completed the painting of the entire house nor did he install the trim work. He did not install a new sink or toilet in the bathroom despite us paying him to complete this service. Finally, Mr. Moore changed the locks on the property without the owners knowledge and restricted access to the house. Mr. Moore denied changing the locks and insisted he did not change the locks. We had to discontinue his services and call a locksmith to change the locks to secure the property because Mr. Moore refused to provide the keys to the newly installed locks. During the project, mr. Moore made us aware that he failed to charge us for 20-21 pieces of dry wall and the installTion that was 1800.00 and did not make it to the original invoice. His payment schedule was based on a five week timeline and associated with time and not work completed When Mr. Moore was asked to complete projects and provide a completion date for the work he insisted that he would only provide that with more money paid. Based on his lack of skill, quality of work and Mr. Moore changing the locks on our property without our knowledge we had to discontinue his services with none of the initially detailed work on the initial invoice completed.

Patrick did a great job. My wife was even happy with the job (not always and easy thing to achieve). He removed an old plastic laminate counter top and installed a nice granite counter top. He coordinated purchasing the granite, having the shaping done, and installed it. Also installed a new sink and faucet, including a soap dispenser. Due space constraints, the soap dispenser was fitting, be worked at getting some to work and looks nice. He rebuilt our deck and did a quality job. My wife kept adding little (and some not so little) tasks, but he took it all in stride. He was on-time and let us know what he was doing and what came next. He is a very personable guy.
