Did not do the job, only wanted to sell new unit. I spent no money.

Installed new central unit on 4-13-20--did not have one part or any bags, so he said he would mail bags and come back this week to finish install---also not happy with **trade-in** Charged1400 (100 off for floor model)---meanwhile aerus book shows 2500. Total for new central vac with all attachments. My receipt shows 2500. Cost with 1000. Trade-in but he would have to charge me 499.99 for new attachments because he gave me too much already. I have tried to call aerus directly because I have been told 1400 is very high for just the wall unit, but they do not know any pricing. Strange huh?

Very professional. Didn't mind sharing the process as the system was replaced.

Would highly recommend services and products. We purchased several air cleaners which seemed pricey at first but were 100% worth it. My husband used to get very bad colds that would linger for weeks multiple times every winter but has not gotten sick at all over the last year plus since we purchased the air cleaners and had the house cleaned. Would highly recommend!

Very courteous service and resolved the problem with my power nozzle very quickly. Even came to my place of work to pick up the nozzle to accommodate me. Would highly recommend them.

Nicole was marvelous--efficient, friendly, clear, and fully professional in every way, from the initial contact call (which came right after I'd submitted my online request for an appropriate company) through the detailed and understandable written report of what her testing found (sent to me the very next day). When I made a follow-up phone call to make sure I fully understood the implications of this report, Nicole was incredibly patient and helpful, even taking the time to go over some suggestions for a variety of ways to proceed with the cleanup of our flood-damaged apartment--even though most of those paths did not involve re-hiring her company. I am very grateful to Beyond by Aerus, and intend to work through HomeAdvisor in the future.

They prepared for home air quality assessment, and provided good options for us to address, during their visit. Nicole and Marie left the "Beyond" air purifying unit for us to utilize over the next few days. It worked for Beth and myself, and we went with a great package deal they proposed the following week.
