He was not professional. In doing what he did, he reversed the wires. So the wires going to my air conditioner were going to my heater and vice a versa. He charged me for two visits. I am definitely not his fan. He would tell me that he was going to call me back and then I would never hear anything. He put a new control on it. He said that it was out motored and not very easy to see. He did that and then made the mistake of hooking the wires up. We tried to get out money back but we ran into a stone wall so we did not push it. I did not think there was any way that he was gonna, he told me, this is how professional he is, he said I need all these jobs and all the money I can get so my kids go on with their life and go home and go to the shore for the vacation. So as soon as I write the check, he put it in his savings account. He is disorganized, does not return calls. His work is questionable. Another company had to come and fix what he messed up. He is never going to come back to me that is for sure. He worked on the heater and then the air conditioner. When air conditioner was not working. He changed the thermostat. I called him and said it was too hot and the air conditioner wouldn't come on. He said I don't do air conditioning work. I will have to get someone to get back to you. I am still waiting for him to call me back. He never did give me a call. I would like people ot be protected from somebody who is not responsive to their needs.
