My fiance and I are new to being homeowners. We have necer had to hire a professionallest service before. These guys walked us through the process piece by piece, with no pressure at all. They are so very good at what they do. The guys who came to spray explained exactly what they were doing, why they were doing it and they listened to our concerns and silly questions without getting rude or annoyed. They understood our concern for spraying in the house due to our fur babies, and they explained to us why their spray would be safe for them. I would absolutely recommend this company!

Great customer service! He really knew what he was talking about, I felt much better hiring these guys than the last pest control guy who came out. They even guaranteed their work, so I know I won't lose that money- they'll come back if the problem isn't solved without charging more.

Green Pest Management's estimators, Matt and Justin, were professional and friendly. The technician, John knew his stuff and was thorough and friendly - everything you'd want in a great staff of a great, small company. My wife and I are grateful for this company, especially because it offers outstanding service at a very reasonable price - a price much less than the larger, more expensive companies, and the work is actually much better and more comprehensive. Highly recommended!

1st day with the pet control company April 25, 2017 the pest specialist just lay down the "non toxic " spray in and around my home they told me to wait a week if I see more ants contact them so will update in a week.

We had a lot of carpenter ants. These guys destroyed them. After the 1st treatment there were still some, but after the 2nd or 3rd we have not seen a single one. Now we are after the carpenter bees, hopefully they are gone also. Was not real crazy about 4 treatments, but certainly needed more than 1 or 2, so it is a good deal for the money. Phil is very courteous and professional - does a great job!

The ants have been present on and off since the initial treatment. They are back again. We have been very patient & understanding but this has been a total waste of our time and money.

I was able to book my appointment quickly online and received reminders. Jared was on time and very professional. He took care of the wasps at the time of his first visit. I did have to sign up for an annual plan to make the cost of the visit reasonable but otherwise was pleased with the outcome.

I had a huge infestation of fleas in my home. They came out and performed the initial spray. I contacted them and they came out a 2nd time for free. I am having the final spray (under my contract) performed in a week and believe that all my flea issues will be resolved completed at that time. Friendly, understanding and diligent .

Less expensive than Big Name

The day that I contacted Green Pest was the same day they Visited to assess the issue and provide a quote. As a courtesy Justin called me to say they would be later than expected due to major thunderstorms and heavy traffic. When they arrived they were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The next day, their technician came at 9am to apply the pesticides. I highly recommend Green Pest! Their prompt response was as impressive as their professionalism!

My service provider Jared, was thorough, professional and friendly. He also took his shoes off before entering my house! I would definitely recommend this service.

The Green Pest rep told me that even though Home Advisor promised me a 1 p.m. appointment on their website, it shows up to the service provider as "between 1 and 3". They arrived at around 2 after I called to follow up, and were very apologetic. They were very professional, and technician showed up to do the work right on time. Once I see if the products work to get rid of the bugs, I can add the fifth star!

I do not think I should have to sign a contract for 4 visits totally $400 for the year and a buy out of $150. I would not do this again. It should be my choice how often I want someone to do the work.

Punctual and professional. Customer service easy to deal with when rescheduling. Young and hungry team that works hard to earn your business.

I had a big problem with carpenter bees. Green Pest Management came out, on time, assessed problem, scheduled treatment for following day and I had immediate results...bees were 99% gone within hours! Very pleased, would highly recommend!
