They were to be at my home between 9:00 and 12:00. I sat home waiting for them to arrive, and by 2:00, had to call because no one had come. Received no explanation or apology for my wasted time. The crew did arrive about 40 minutes later, again with no explanation or apology for my wasted time. But the crew was very nice and helpful and explained their work to me in a helpful and understandable way. However, when it came time for the bill, it was a bait and switch. I had called several companies to price out the job, and when Brittingham's, a local business, came in at the same amount as others, I choose Brittingham's to support local business. However, the bill was $60 more than what was quoted to me on the phone. When I called to complain, the receptionist was very short with me, and said I didn't tell her my size of tank when I called for the price quote. When I said "you didn't ask me anything about the system, including the size of it," her response was that "most people don't know the size of their system so we don't ask." Apparently, they just give the lowest price they have for any system and then if it's more expensive, they do no stand by their quote. Nor did she offer to lower the bill even a bit, for my inconvenience on their arrival time.
