No new heater would have ice form on top of it. They have to do something about it. I would not go to buy anything expensive from them because I don't trust them any more. I was not expecting that on something that was brand new and I paid so much money for. There should be nothing new that should end up with a vice on it. The one I had before worked for a number of years and was not noisy.

Lowes has a contractor that does it for them. The experience was very good. I had somebody from Lowes come to the house first to give me an idea. He said it wouldn't be the exact thing because the contractor had to come. Then the contractor came and gave me all the information. I had gotten stuff from two other contractors also but I picked him to do the roof. I was very happy with their work. They completed it in two days and I thought that was great to take it off and putting it back again. They did a wonderful job. Their price was right in line for all the work that had to be done. The quality is good and it supposed to last for a long time. Their responsiveness was great. They worked on my roof on a Sunday which I thought was terrific. They did it on a Sunday and Monday. They were here when they said they would be. Their professionalism was very good. I've used Lowes before to do floors in the house for me. They put a floor in the kitchen for me and that's why I went back to them. They were very good and did the job. It was done on time and it was just a good job.

I called around and their prices were much better than other suppliers in the area. For the lattice, they were as much as $9 less. I've been very pleased with their prices. Their staff seems to be very knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer, they'll find it for you.
