On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give Prism Enterprises a 10! I was so impressed with their knowledge and service, as well as their concern for my home. Mark's technical expertise was especially valuable as he explained the duct cleaning and sanitizing process thoroughly and pointed out some existing issues in my system and went out of his way to correct these issues, making the system safer. Both Mark and Matt were very approachable and patient, an excellent mix of professionalism, expertise, and friendliness. A musty smell was in our home and seemed to be coming from the duct system - located in the crawlspace. Marc did air quality testing in combination with an assessment of our living space and the crawl space. He offered several suggestions in addition to the duct cleaning. Very informative and helpful. He did a thorough job of the duct cleaning.

They went way above and beyond to clean my dryer vent which was in a tight space and had a lot of unforeseen problems. They were terrrific

Prism Enterprises arrived on time, employees were courteous, and efficient. Left the house cleaner than when they arrived.

They called the nite before and said they would be there between 10-11am. The morning that the were suppose to I received a call at 1115 and said that they would be there in 45 minutes. At 1215 they showed up. They left two items on my dryer and didn't tell me where they came from. My dryer is working so I'm not sure where the items came from. I called and left a msg for an explanation about what they were and I have received a phone call yet. Would not recommend them. P.S. One of the employees took his shirt off while working.

They are a very good company. Very thorough and cleaned up after themselves.
