Prism offered advice on changing placement of air return vent in kitchen to prevent accumulation of grease. They did a good job and explained everything. They recommended cleaning of dryer vent, which, it turned out, was almost blocked off with lint. Having it cleaned prevented a potential fire.

They came and did my duct cleaning and dryer vent. My dryer vent was just done but I asked him to check it and he found that it was not properly installed and was cemented to my floor and was 8 ft long in a 5 ft area. Which if left could have caused a fire. I am so great full he found that mistake for me. He didn t even charge me extra. Thank you so much for your great work and generosity.

I called Mark/Prism and explained that I had a difficult dryer vent situation - condo (sandwiched between two other units), 33 feet long, at least 3 elbows and over the water. I wnted an experienced person with a good reputation. He didn't let me down. In addition to the known difficulties he determined that my vent had come apart and it was necessary to cut into the ceiling and retape the duct. He, his crew stayed positive while facing these challenges. The vent now works fine and my place was left clean. (I do need to repair the holes in the ceiling). I paid Mark and added a "well earned tiip". I highly recommend Mark and his team. George W

This contractor came on time and was very thorough and knowledgeable. They cleaned my dryer vent hose to the outside vent wall. They used specialized tools to ensure that the vent was thoroughly clean and showed picture evidence that there was no lint in the vent. They were knowledgeable about environmental mold that can form in the vent.

Mark and Dylan were lifesavers today. After discovering a harsh odor coming from the heat/air vents in my mothers beach house, I was desperate for an immediate solution. They were quick to respond, very efficient, on time, and professional. The vents in the home were cleaned and sprayed thoroughly and I am completely amazed at the results. Great experience. The owner called me directly within 15 minutes of my bid request. He & his employee came out the next day & did the job. He didn’t try to up sell me any products/services that I didn’t need. He let me know what his recommendations were & put the ball in my court. Top notch service.
