Replied to my request promptly. Was courteous and took time to check and explain what he found to be our problem. As far as my knowledge of the insulation business goes I expect that he gave us a fair price considering the cost of materials and the cost of his labor. Was shown pictures of the finished work and it looked satisfactory. A couple o pockets of ants were discovered and he sprayed to eliminate them at no additional cost. I am satisfied that the job was completed quickly and efficiently.

Mike was very responsive and checked back in regularly until the problem was resolved, which was great value for the amount he charged. We have hired him to service us on a quarterly basis.
