The process was clearly explained. My questions were welcomed and answered.

John was the person we worked with at First State Pest Services. He was professional, efficient and personable. I think all is well with us, but a month will determine if the services worked. The good news is that I have a "good-faith promise" that if we have any problems within a reasonable time he will return as many times as necessary.

Contacted me immediately and was flexible with the service time to accommodate our tricky schedule. I can tell that they were known for their work and were getting a lot of calls. However, they are the masters of multi-tasking. I would definitely hire them again and refer them to family and friends.

Contacted me immediately. Was extremely courteous and went right to work. Evidently there is an epidemic of carpenter bees in Middletown, since they had 12 other calls just in my area. I would certainly recommend them. Also, did not have to sign any type contract required by the big companies

This project is now under way. First application has been applied for a major roach infestation. It's going quite well with tons dead! I've also hired him to rid my mother's house of termites and black mold. Seems the termites ate clear through the sill and it has to be replaced. Everything was explained in detail and I'm quite happy with their work. Will be hiring him for other jobs at my son's house in the future.

These men were so caring in all they did. The took their time to make sure that the work was done correctly and keep asking if I liked what was being done. I have had many different contractors over the years into my home for work but none were ever as good as these. I will always call them back when I need anything done in the future.

Mike came quickly to advise me of how to go about getting rid of a rodent problem. He then returned with a plan and action.

We had a major wasp nest about the size of a football. It was not discovered until our family reunion and my granddaughter pointed it ut to us. That was on a Sat afternoon, and with the whole family and children present, we were horrified. My son-in-law, Kevin, who was visiting during our family reunion, found this service on his iPad and literally took care of the whole project. He contacted 1st State, spoke to "Mike" and by Monday afternoon the nest was completly removed. We are very grateful for this service and I inted to contact 1st State for further assistance. Doris S. All three men that came to my house was very friendly. I will be hiring them in the future to do some insulation for me and maybe some handyman services.

Gave advice over the phone and felt I didn't actually need a visit, so didn't charge me/rip me off...would use in future.

It's been 8 days since chemical application so I'm waiting to determine if it eradicated my acute problem. Owner stated it would take 7 to 10 days to see results. I've still got a few ants inside a window so it's a bit early to determine effectiveness. Outstanding service by a people-friendly expert. His quote was $40 less than the competition. If I were giving this evaluation in a few more weeks, I may have to reevaluate effectiveness of chemical to my acute problem. I would definitely reuse 1st State.

Mike is a great guy, he came out right away and scheduled the job within days. If I had a question he returned my calls within minutes.

Mike was on time and took care of our wasp nest problem at once. He repaired damage to our house caused by the wasp and installed barriers to prevent a reinfestation. Very knowledgeable!

Mike came to the house promptly on the day of service. Very polite. Explained what he was going to do. All in all a good transaction. I will certainly recommend him.

Quick response. Scheduled and completed work within a few days of free estimate. I appreciated the pictures I was sent as the project moved along. Was able to finish the walls which included moving a vanity/plumbing and painted the room. Included my last minute decision without hesitation to hang a cabinet too! I would definately use them again for future projects.
