I called for my roach problem. They treated my kitchen and told me if I saw any more in 10 days to call and they would be back to retreat. While here I they also cleaned out a birds nest in an uncovered vent and installed a cover. I'm very pleased the the service.

Really nice guys. Took out a hornets nest in about 20 minutes and then educated me on hornets. Have hired them for quarterly pest control.

I called on Friday afternoon and John came 1st thing Saturday morning. He identified the problem (ants) and treated the area that morning. He also explained the few bad reviews as against the many 4 1/2 and 5 star reviews. I am very pleased with this service and would recommend them. The job went quickly, John was courteous and explained what I was dealing with and the price was fair. Mike will come out to do the grading work required to help remediate this problem. Overall, I have recommended HomeAdvisor to anyone who needs any type of work done at their home and several people have used them and are very happy with the work. Thank you HomeAdvisers.

I hired them for there pest control services. If I could give them less that a half star I would. They missed appointments, never finished the job even though they were paid in full. The work was sloppy & shoddy. The new vents they installed were put in with just caulk & no fasteners so a few months later they fell out. They installed them with white caulk on a brown building so they looked terrible. We had to install new ones ourselves. They look much better and are attached with actual fasteners. The insulation they never finished. We are going to have to finish that too. They have never called us or checked the traps they put out even though we have a year contract with them. Stay away from these turkeys!

Excellent service! Fair price and completed the job earlier than planned. Quality of work was also excellent. The crew was polite and considerate of our concerns. I would recommend 1st State for similar projects.
