Because it had rained all day lead to the discovery of a roof issue. He came back today before our scheduled appointment time ready to work which was awesome. This was my first experience with a Contractor from HO(me Advisor and it will surely not be the last. Gene was very professional and informative about what needed to be done to effect the repair. He also found another problem and took pictures to show me the extent of the damage. I have since engaged him to repair the chimney problem as well.

I have to wait until the rain comes to give a final review of the product...The workers, Gene and a younger guy, were polite and mannerly. Gene went on the roof and took pictures, showed them to me and explained each one so that I could see the damage and better understand what needed to be done. They called early and got the entire job done within a couple of hours. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THAT!!! I will use them again and recommend them to friends!

Gene was very professional, and did a great inspection finding another small yet, related legit issue that he took care of without any extra cost, (No Bait and Switch!) And after the estimate was set he was good to go to start work right away, and was quick, efficient and gave a 1 year warranty on his work as well.
