Description of Work: The initial appointment went well. Sareena listened to what i wanted and came back with some great ideas. We are waiting for a quote and will make a decision once we receive the quote. | |So far we am happy with the overall experience.

Description of Work: I received a landscape design from the Angie list deal. On the first day they came out, asked questions about my plans and intents with the yard and took pictures. Two weeks later, the same woman came back out with a sketch of the property and plants to use. The road map included the existing plants and names and photos of new ones to add. Attention was given to my concern for light/shady spots as well as the deer population.

Description of Work: Sareena came twice to my house. The first time was to assess and discuss with me what needed to be done and the second time was to present her proposal. I was very pleased with the landscape design and appreciated Sareena's attentiveness to my needs and to what I had discussed earlier with her. The proposal was spot on.

Description of Work: Tiger Lilly came by and performed a quick survey of my property, asked what i was looking for. I have 3 large dogs who run through my garden beds so I asked for a design with some hardy bushes that would not be trampled. Their design was nice, but had mostly small, low profile annuals that would be run over by my dogs very easily. I took some of their ideas for local plants to add to the ideas i already had.

Description of Work: I consulted with Sareena of Tiger Lily Landscaping, and she designed a beautiful layout for my front and back yards. I am not yet ready to proceed with having the work done, but will definitely consider her company to landscape my property next Spring. Sareena was very kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about flowers and plants. I have requested an estimate from her, but I hope that it will be within my budget so that Tiger Lily can make my property beautiful!

Description of Work: Owner came out and looked at the property and talked extensively about what plants might be used. Because of her busy schedule it took a while to get back to me with her suggestions about plantings but she came up with a very nice sketch of what would go where and photographs of all the plants. I ultimately did not do anything further but it was because of my own inertia rather than any problem with the company. I would definitely recommend Tiger Lily to others.

Description of Work: A charming person, totally unreliable professionally. What a sad waste of time. My front yard, which was supposed to be completed by April, is still there, in horrible shape, thanks to Tiger Lily.

Description of Work: Sareena worked with her construction partner Tommy to design and completely remodel our back yard. It is a real challenge for them as there are drainage issues and it is pretty much a wasteland. They came out several times to propose ideas and deigns, take measurements and re-evaluate. They came up with 5 or 6 different options to address our budget estimates. They were very professional and great fun to work with. They were very thorough and we are very excited to continue working with them on the project to reconstruct our back yard. It i going to be fabulous!

Description of Work: A representative came to my home and discussed my ideas for updating my landscape. She then composed a plan with designs and plants, trees and flowers, with pictures that was quite nice. I have asked for costs to implement the ideas and await the estimate.

Description of Work: i met with this provider twice and did receive a partial landscaping plan with several important parts not included in april. i have never received the final |plan nor any estimates. at this point i am no longer interested in dealing with this group!

Description of Work: Removed backyard large shed; installed new shed; installed new PVC pipe for rear yard drainage including excavating channel; rear hard patio installation including removal of existing gravel and installing 323 sq ft of flagstone; rear yard sod installation; providing and planting acre palmatum red maple and microbiota decussata. It went well despite some last minute scheduling and rescheduling. They were professional, hard-working and did a good job.

Description of Work: This was a special offer for a consultation and plan for my yard. The initial visit was easy to schedule. The person who came was late although she called to let me know. She was very pleasant and suggested several interesting ideas. She said the plan would be finished within a few days. It was quite awhile later, weeks, that I was contacted to schedule a presentation. That appointment was difficult to arrange compared to the first appointment as we were both busy. We did finally agree on a day and time and the office called at least two to three times to say she was delayed. I could no longer wait and now have no interest in dealing with this company.

Description of Work: Well, not very well. The service provided cancelled the service twice and did not receive a phone call from just an email. I am elderly and don't check my email often, but I do answer my phone.
