This smaller company does quality work and has excellent, personalized customer service. Tom Kelly worked with my schedule and provided sage counsel on options for replacing my HVAC after another larger company that had worked on my furnace problems over the winter and identified a refrigerant leak in the AC during the spring inspection gave me an inflated estimate for replacing my system. The install team arrived somewhat later than originally scheduled, but Tom gave me a heads-up, and they professionally and efficiently installed the new Trane equipment. When you call, there's a good chance you might get Jimmy himself answering the phone. I live in a 3-story condo building and highly recommended this company to all of the other unit owners.

They showed up on time, cleaned and tuned the AC unit and provided recommendations about our unit.

The representative arrived at the house on time in the earlier part of the time window that was provided, which I greatly appreciate. When he initially observed the area in which the humidifier was to be installed, he said that it would not fit. However, he did get on the phone with someone else at Jimmy Gusky Heating and Air, sent some pictures of the space, and they were able to walk him through what to do to successfully install the humidifier. After he finished, he showed me how he finished the work and how to operate the humidifier. I am satisfied with the service that I received. It made heating the house during the abnormally cold months a lot more comfortable than it was before.

He arrived on time and did a very thorough job of replacing the old toilet, which required him to do a lot of scraping away old caulk and wax seal and replacing it with new material. He was very careful when carrying the old and new materials through the house to the work site on the second floor. a job well-done.

Matt was very professional and knowledgeable about our older SpacePak high velocity A/C system; diagnosed and made difficult repair of broken condensation tube. While he was delayed in coming, arriving at the end of the window given, he stayed extra time to make troublesome repair; advised on how to keep older system going and didn't try to sell us a new one, tho' he did indicate system was operating beyond it's expected lifetime.

Not much to say. Service provider was on time, professional, and competent as far as I could tell. Did not try to sell me a new air conditioner or additional services, although my unit is nearing the end of its useful life.

We were initially scheduled for Wednesday, March 9th. I took off from work since they were supposed to show up between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm. However, no one showed. I called Jimmy Gusky, who immediately returned my call, and extensively apologized for the mix up. We were able to reschedule for Saturday, March 19th. The technician (Paul) showed up on time, and was very pleasant and efficient. He installed the unit in about 2 hours.

He found some mold in a water line and used bleach to clean it. In all the 15 years I've had the system checked, no one every found that or told me about it. He showed me a function of my thermostat that I did not know about. The technician was polite, punctual, and seemed knowledgeable. I would definitely use this company again.

Scheduling was a little slow -- contact them by phone rather than email. But work was done quickly, on time, professionally, and for a great price (via an Angie's List deal)

Provider missed two appointments without calling to cancel. The first crew that came to my house thought they were working on the A/C. Then I had to reschedule for another week after waiting for that crew all day. Workers were courteous and professional once they were finally scheduled correctly. I am pleased with the toilet.

They were on time and efficient. They cleaned up behind themselves and did a very good job. I would recommend to my friends and neighbors.

I didn't much care for what they did. They left a mess. They weren't really professional and didn't seem to care having to be there. They came the week after the purchase date.

It was quick, went great. They worked around around my schedule and did the job on the weekend. They were the best price out there. and were very easy to work with.

I was taken aback by the difference in the price of the part (retail cost) and the price of the full invoice. When I spoke to Jimmy, he was very reasonable in his explanation, and we came to a very pleasant, and reasonable resolution.

That was a waste of effort on my part to leave this d*** review, but at LEAST Angie's List will stop f****** aksing me for one.

Twice, I scheduled appointments with this company, but the technician did not show up. On both occasions, the technician called after the scheduled time frame to tell me he was coming, but I told him not to bother because he was beyond the scheduled time frame and my time is valuable too. Apparently, the owner(?) was not aware of the technician's lack of professionalism. I was forced to secure another vendor for the furnace inspection. I received a refund of my Big Deal price for service with this company.
