Description of Work: emergency repair to broken pipe. showed up quickly but were difficult to get a hold of when attempting to work with management on the scope of work to be performed. Showed up 4 hours later than scheduled appointment without a phone call. Work was completely once they arrived.

Description of Work: The plumbers were late. Once they arrived, they worked fast and were done within 30 min. They were there to fix a running toilet. The toilet stopped running for about a week, but started running again. I don't think they really took the time to diagnose the problem correctly.

Description of Work: Two 4-point toilet tune up coupons. Unable to provide service to one of the toilets due to a pre-existing issue which would need to be resolved first. I plan to contact contractor in the future to provide this service. Everything went well with the toilet that was serviced. I was satisfied with the service I did receive.

Description of Work: They took a week to offer an appointment date. I waited all day for them to show. Over a week later they offered another date. I responded with a "No!", as they could not assure me they would actually show. Turns out that was the right response. A week later I got an email from the contractor apologizing. He says he lost his admin and workers. Not sure how he was going to do the job. Angie's List has not responded to my refund request. This is the second very bad experience with Angie's List Big Deals.

Description of Work: The repairman was punctual and extremely knowledgable. I was impressed by the speed in which he delivered service to restrooms that had gone without repair for months because of a botched job by another plumbing company. I was extremely pleased with the work performed by the serviceman sent by Jimmy Gusky Heating and Air,LLC. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They fixed my toilet from running, but it still gets stuck running sometimes, and they unclogged a sink drain. |Don't remember the price, but it was a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Replaced fixture in the toilet tank to stop internal overflow. | |It went ok, although it is hard to evaluate the price since I wasn't able to take full advantage of the deal I had purchased because of the age of the toilet. They did not have the necessary replacement part(s).

Description of Work: They didn't call to tell me they were running late and showed up a half-hour after the two-hour window they gave me expired. The repairman used my toilet, causing a backup and had to ask me for a plunger. He told me I needed to replace a part, which cost an extra $25, but now the toilet doesn't work as well.
