Description of Work: The service technician showed up an hour or so after he stated he would be there. I'm glad that I did not take off of work because I would have been more disappointed that he didn't show. My roommate however did answer the door and was greeted by a tech whom stated there was a car break-down. However, when I spoke to the owner he explained to me that he was answering another call. I appreciate the service for the expense that I paid but sometimes there's not short-cutting quality service and this was just a bad experience for me.

Description of Work: Inspection of gas fyrnace

Description of Work: They tuned the furnace. All was going fine until the technition left the valves of all my radiators open to test the system without placing something to catch the water with. This led to water leaking over all of my wooden floors. In one room water splashed on some prints. I confronted the technition who shrugged it off. I scrambled to get towels to all the affected rooms. Luckily, no damage was done. I wasn't sure at the time so I sent a message to Jimmie Gusky's expressing my frustration and that they would be responsible if anything was destroyed as a result of their technition. I have not heard back from them. I expect they did an otherwise fine job but I have never had a HVAC company that showed such poor professionalism and responsiveness. When you mess up or make a mess clean it up! Otherwise why the h*** am I paying you? In sum, never again.

Description of Work: Furnace inspection. Technician was over an hour late. Had to call several times to inquiry his arrival time. Checked the furnace, seemed in a rush to get to the next appointment. Tried to ask questions and felt like he didn't have the time to answer properly.

Description of Work: Provider did a routine seasonal winter check-up/tune-up of my HVAC. Arrived later than scheduled window, but communicated delay early and often and service provided was satisfactory - professional, courteous and answered my questions.
