Description of Work: Did a check up on my A/C unit. The technician was very professional and very prompt. I didnt think to check the unit when he was done so 2 days later , I checked and it was making a very loud rattling noise. I called the company back and they sent the tech back out on another day to repair the rattling noise. 2 days later the noise was back again. I hear the 3rd time's a charm however, I didn't feel comfortable calling back to have them repair it.

Description of Work: Gusky Plumbing missed the scheduled appointment; I called him after 6pm that night and he apologized, saying there were too many calls. I rescheduled for a few days later and another man showed up who was not sure how to open furnace cover and so he asked me to do it He then indicated that some of the heating rods needed to be replaced and took a picture for Gusky to order. Gusky called me a few weeks later and asked me to give him the information again. I don't know why the man who came to my house did not give Gusky the make/model of my furnace (or the photos). After the first man left another man called me later in the day and said he was on the way - I said why -- you have the replacement rods already? The second man said I was on his list for service calls that day and had no idea who the first guy was. I got the feeling that the man who came to my house may have been a sub hired by Gusky to help with the extra work, but he didn't seem too familiar with the furnace and just wiped off the rods and asked me to give him a paper copy of the deal. Really odd.

Description of Work: Dennis showed up on time and with a smile. Performed the job very well, plumbing and drywall ceiling repair. Was very knowledgeable and was eager to answer any questions I had.

Description of Work: I purchased this as an Angie's List 'special' in mid October; I received an email from Angie's list asking if I had yet been contacted by the company; I had not and responded accordingly to Angie's List...still no word. In mid November I rec'd a credit card statement showing the charge for service yet I still had not received service. |I then called Angie's list and spoke w/customer service - the following day I was contacted by the company whom indicated they were overwhelmed with requests for their deal - I was 'lost in the shuffle'. |I was scheduled for the next day between 2-4pm; the employee showed after 5pm after I had called twice to find out an ETA. |While the check-up on my furnace seemed thorough and the gentleman answered my questions...I am disappointed in both Angie's list for not acting sooner on my original email that i had not heard from the company for a service requested and that I had to follow up a second time over 6 weeks later to finally get the service purchased in mid October.
