Description of Work: Bought a "plumbing package" deal from Angie's List. The plumber came out and took care of several problems. He didn't try to up sell me. In fact he down sold me, explaining why I didn't need to have a repair done that I thought I needed. Overall I was extremely pleased.

Description of Work: They installed the whole house humidifier, and didn't have any add-on services. It was a pleasant surprise. The Humidifier works great and they took the time to walk me through the settings and maintenance.

Description of Work: They cleaned the air conditioner unit and he did a wonderful job. He was very nice and informative.

Description of Work: Came out a day later than scheduled. They didn't do anything except turn my entire AC unit off and never came back to turn it back on. Was told we needed a new system and would be contacted later with a price. Never heard back. Called them about a week later and they couldn't remember the service call. Said they would contact the actual tech that came out and would call back but they never did. Had to contact another company to get the system turned back on and to finish the work they left undone.

Description of Work: Jacob showed up promptly and spent an hour and a half unplugging my bathroom sink. It was plugged up in two places and he worked diligently until the water was running beautifully through the pipes. He was very pleasant and friendly and I was very grateful for his work. And yes, I will use this company again if needed. Grade A service!

Description of Work: I had the provider to check out my leaky kitchen faucet and toilet bowl that runs sometimes. The provider adjusted the faucet to the correct position and recommended that it to be replaced sometime in the near future due to normal wear and tear. He replaced the flapper in the toilet bowl and I don't hear the noise anymore.
