after survey they wanted to replace the faucets, and not repair the leaks. this is at a cost of $900.00 I would suggest you to get a reputable plumber who would not appear to be a rip-off artist. I would not recommend wasting your money on this company. 49.00

the unit installed leaked we found a way to divert moisture to a bucket. He could have let us know that would happen and he didn't

the technician cut the copper tubing, for the water to run freely. My appointment was for 2:30pm, The technician didn't show until approx. 4:30pm. I called at lease three time before I received a time and date. It took him about 15 min to find and take care of the problem. That was great, but when i told him that I was on Angie's list, and was the discount included. He seen to act if he did not understand what was being said. Then I asked about Senior citizen/ military discount . He said it was none, that it was ninety dollar and i was getting a break and that it would had been another fifty dollar. I called and talked to Jimmy, and he told me that the service call is a one hundred twenty nine dollars plus parts and labor. This is very confusing to me. What was the service call fee.

This service was provided a little over a year ago. The humidifier was installed despite it really not fitting into the space well. The installer recognized this and called a colleague to notify them. However, instead of stopping the work, the person told them how he could do the work regardless of this fact. The humidifier does not work well since I still had to buy a room humidifier for my bedroom. Finally, late last month, March 2017, it started to leak water, and I had to turn it off as a result. I spent $399 for something that does not work or can even use. This was a waste of hard-earned money. I guess this is a case of me getting what I paid for, but I would not recommend anyone else use this company.

It was good. They didn't charge any more than what I paid Angie's List. If the price was better I would use them again. It was ok. It was not great and not bad. It was medium. They cleaned up.

He can usually get someone there that day or the next to come look at the issue. Every time, they have explained the issue to me thoroughly and fixed it quickly. Prices are very fair.

Installation was clean and quick. Installers were very knowledgeable. Excellent job.

They were in and out within an hour, and rated the operation of my furnace as "good".

Contractors were professional and explained every step

The two plumbers that arrived did their absolute best to figure out why the issue was occurring, and spent a lot of time troubleshooting. Although I knew I did not have a pressure regulator valve, they insisted there must be one inside the wall, so they cut several holes in the drywall (with my permission). There was no pressure regulator valve and they determined it to be an issue with DC water. They were right; it was an issue with DC Water and had I not had a plumber come first, DC Water would have never taken action. I would use them again, but probably take more caution before cutting open drywall.

After more than a week, no response to the schedule request sent through Angie's List or voice mail trying to schedule. Another provider responded immediately and was able to schedule the install within a few days, so I canceled this. It is one thing not to be able to get to a Big List offer for a week or two, but it is another thing to not even respond.

Went perfect. Thoroughly satisfied. Very good price.

He asked a few questions about my needs and knew exactly what needed to be done. Work was completed to my satisfaction.

I called this morning with an issue and these guys were able to come out within a couple of hours. They provided estimated costs depending on what the issue could be and quickly assessed that the problem was a stack stoppage. Within 30-45 minutes the sink and tub drains were both cleared. Prompt service, I would definitely recommend and use them again.

First it was Flu work. Yep that fixed it well maybe Second the owner came by with a carbon monoxide sniffer Oh no it wasn't it the flu it is the chimney. It needs a a new liner. Yep that fixed it, well maybe. Third they just happened to notice the heat exchanger in the furnace is cracked. See the yellow flames. That is a sure sign of carbon monoxide leaking. You need a new furnace. I guess the first two guys were color blind. Pooor guys cann't diferentiate blue from yellow Now perhaps all the work needed to be done. But I think I was stung along

My main complaint is the the owner of the company would not reach back to me after trying multiple times. After we agreed on an appnt I had to call 2 times to follow up about where he was. one issue was solved but the other one required parts in the basement bathroom. He agreed to get the parts and come back within a week. I have not heard or seen him ever since that. The gentleman that came to my house was very friendly pleasant and professional. The owner was very aggravated and unprofessional to me even though I was completely professional, calm and not aggressive at all towards him. He is completely unprofessional with the way he treats his customers.

They did not show up as scheduled and no follow up was provided. I reached out to them two weeks later and rescheduled date for service. I took the day off from work on the rescheduled day. They were suppose to arrive at 9:30 AM. At 10 AM I called to find out why they had not arrived and I was told the person was stuck in traffic. Around 10:30 I received a call from the person who advised that he was on his way but that my address was not coming up in his GPS. Once we resolved the address issue, the service guy said it would take him about 45 minutes to get to me, which would be between 12 and 1 PM. The lack of professionalism is very disappointing. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND !!
