Description of Work: I had plumbing work for this vendor, however other kitchen workers had arrived and I gave them their approval to move foward. This vendor was supposed to have called/contacted before coming to the house. He just showed up and indicated to have him come back would be an additional $49.00. So needless to say I would not contact this vendor again.

Description of Work: So when I said to the technicion that I bought this service, he said that this service can't be $49.00 He asked me to pay more. |After he talked to his boss, he let me have $49. |He said that this deal is only once. |also, while he checked the A/C, he asked me that I need to add freon one galon. |Well, I paid for that even though I had freon last year. |I'm not sure I will get their service again

Description of Work: There was no charge beyond the Angie's list special price of $49 for the check-up. He sent me a text letting me know very specifically when I could expect him (yay). He checked out the system and declared it in working order. He recommended we use better filters. My husband is out purchasing those now. We're ready for the summer heat!

Description of Work: Initial visit as arranged but technician was supposed to return at 9 next day to complete - did not show and a couple of hours wasted waiting - work was completed the next week and I was advised there was a communications glitch - happens - good quality work done well in the end.

Description of Work: They repaired the problem, immediate know-how applied, sucessfully, and helped me with another issue. Did not give them an A because they ran very late.

Description of Work: I paid $50 for a service call + credit towards $100 worth of service. They scheduled promptly and told me they would come between 11:00 and 2:00 on the selected day. They came at 9:40. I was teleworking, and not expecting them for another hour and a quarter, so I was still working in my pajamas. Awkward when answering the door (I'm female). The two men were fine -- not particularly friendly, but not rude, either. I needed them to fix a leaky outdoor spigot and bathtub tap leak. They did the outdoor spigot and were able to fix the hot side of the bathtub tap, but were not able to fix the cold side. When they were ready to leave, they called their boss and were told to bill me $100. Another $100 on top of the $50 I'd paid for the call and $100 worth of service did not seem like a remotely fair price for fixing two leaky handles.

Description of Work: Replaced cartridges in my kitchen sink faucets. There were two visits. No work was done on the first visit because the plumber determined I had to order parts to fix the faucets. I bought the parts online before calling them for the second visit; they only had to put the parts in, which actually was not very hard and didn't take very long. On both visits, the technicians were very polite and professional, and I only paid for one visit. Jimmy Gusky was very responsive and accommodating, and we had no problem finding a suitable date and time for both visits.
