Description of Work: The provider did not perform any work. I purchased an Angie's list deal for plumbing work. The contractor did not contact me to perform work as it was supposed to do under the deal. I called the provider in June with no response. I also emailed the provider on July 5 with no response.

Description of Work: Jimmy Gusk's company came and installed a new toilet in my house. His crew was professional and knowledgeable. My only issue and I talked to Jimmy about this directly was when I called to schedule appointment, I mentioned to Jimmy that the toilet my wife had picked out might be a little more difficult to install. My wife had picked the toilet because it was smaller size and we initially wanted a smaller size for that bathroom, she had also read some on-line reviews that the toilet might be difficult to install, it has four additional screws in additional to the two main screws on the base of the toilet. Jimmy mentioned that it should not be a problem. When his crew came by the first time, they told my wife since this toilet had these four additional screws that needed to be drilled into the tile, they would have to hire a carpenter and it would cost an additional $300 to do the installation. I chose to get a new toilet instead of using the first toilet that we bought, my only criticism of Jimmy's company was I had flagged for him the possible issues on the toilet and he did not take it as seriously and did not flag the additional cost for the first toilet. | |Ultimately the toilet installation was fine after I got a new toilet and had to reschedule the appointment.

Description of Work: I had my air conditioner serviced by this company and was very pleased with their work, their punctuality, their professionalism, and their customer service. I will definitely use them again and would also recommend them.

Description of Work: Checked my air conditioning unit. I had to replace a part in 2015 and the service technician informed me that a part to it was put in backwards. So the tech corrected the problem.

Description of Work: This was a "Big Deal" for an A/C check. I set an appointment, but they did not show because there was some mix up on my address. Evidently the technician came to my neighborhood, but went to the wrong house. They stated they tried to call, but I did not receive any calls from them. We set another appointment, and this time the technician arrived within the time window that was set. He checked both the inside and outside units. He found a concern that he said may be a problem in the future, but said it did not need to be repaired at this time. When he checked the outside unit, it was raining, and I have to credit him for continuing to work in those conditions.

Description of Work: We purchased an HVAC inspection special. The tech was very knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He changed the furnace filter, inspected the AC and outside compressor, and refilled the oil in one of our filters (?). He also gave us a free estimate on a second system to cool the upstairs. Excellent!

Description of Work: Efficient, knowledgeable service guy. The only negative - they didn't keep the first scheduled date for service. Came the following week.

Description of Work: The vendor was scheduled to do a HVAC spring check up. The vendor arrived on time and provided information regarding the two systems (only new filters were recommended). | |However, I called the vendor to report water surrounding the HVAC unit and requested that they inspect the unit (especially since the unit had received a positive inspection with no looming issues) but the vendor never returned my call. I was not expecting the vendor to provide free service but I was not even afforded a return call. For a rating of A on Angies List -- I found this customer service very disapointing. I had to call another vendor to service the unit.

Description of Work: I was told that I would need a new motor (blower) because I couldn't turn on the heat nor air conditioner after they installed a capacitor and igniter (provided when I had to call back to report that the heater wasn't working--second visit). The new motor would cost $650.00, but they would charge me $350.00. I did not agree to pay for a new motor. The first person did state that I needed two pounds of Freon which would cost an additional $160.00. He did state that I had enough to last me for a while. However, for a while was not long because I had to get Freon from the technician from JJK-HVAC LLC (through American Home Shield). The JJK technician did not replace the motor and now my air conditioner is running fine with the adding of Freon. No motor needed. |Two brothers came from the Gusky company on the third visit, looked at the unit and told me of the need for a new motor. As of yet no one has contacted me to determine if I wanted to get a new motor.
