It was fine. There were no issues and they handled it very quickly and professionally.

It worked out well and they provided the service that they said they’d do. They were going to give me an estimate for replacing my A/C but they never did. They also were slow in providing me a receipt. They could work on their follow up.

Very good communication to set up. I was turned off right away however because one of his guys came to my door smoking a cigarette. not cool. They did fix the running toilet but it took two trips. They were very responsive though.

Installation was on time, done correctly and neatly, and the crew were pleasant and thoroughly professional.

The providers -- two extremely polite guys -- did a commode tuneup that fixed a longstanding issue with a very simple repair. They also pointed out icicles they saw when they parked in the back of the condo and offered to check if a pipe had burst. They visited the neighbor's downstairs condo to track down the problem, and they took extra time to diagnose it and recommend a simple solution that had eluded us for some time, and that other plumbers had missed.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They were punctual and they explained everything. There were no additional charges.

Jimmy Gusky was great. Originally, after that week over the summer with temps over 100 degrees every day, my wife and I returned from vacation to find that our A/c had quit. I called Jimmy Gusky and he had a tech, Mike, here within hours. Mike came out around 8pm, but was very friendly about working late and was very helpful, and had the unit running again in a few minutes (it had just blown a capacitor). About a month later, the unit (which was 18 years old) quit completely. I called Jimmy Gusky again and they had a guy here the same day to take a look. After reviewing all the options, it made the most sense to replace the entire unit rather than continue to replace parts as they blew out. They were willing to start the next day, but I asked them to come back two days later, a Saturday, and they had a team at my place at 8 am, and they were finished before noon. They cleaned up completely after themselves and left me with a new, energy efficient, quiet unit that works like a charm. Overall, two great experiences. They were responsive and entirely professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking.

It went fine but they should not even offer this service. I wanted my money back after it was done. Basically a guy comes out and checks to make sure there are not leaks. So, you are really just paying for the guy to drive out to your place and just feel around for leaks. Not worth the money. The guy who came out was very professional and timely but the service was not what I expected. That is why it is so cheap.

Jimmy arrived within his 10:00-12:00 time frame and was courteous and direct. He explained how our steam boiler functions as was as what to expect going forward (as it is an older boiler). He was very thorough, efficient, and helpful. I will be calling him for all future heating and probably plumbing needs.

He seems very nice, knowledgeable and professional from talking to him on the phone. He also seems to be reasonably priced.

I got a Big Deal for installation of a Gerber Viper toilet. They arrived 3 hours late, but were very nice, did a great job, and the new toilet is great. However, the Big Deal specified a Gerber Viper, but they said they no longer carried that model (which I understand is a new model and probably better), and instead installed a Gerber Maxwell. They are still advertising the big deal as including the Gerber Viper model, which I think is misleading. Overall, a good experience but could have been better.

Jimmy Gusky service was very good. They were prompt and professional. I would definitely have them come back to fix another plumbing issue.

Initial call to schedule the work didn’t not go smoothly – call was received and work was scheduled for a particular day but, when no one turned up as scheduled that day, phoned to ask “what’s up” and heard a lame excuse about how the call taker muffed the scheduling and didn’t communicate as required. Sensing that things were heading in the wrong direction, the second call prompted a pledge to come out the next day, and that happened. Work was performed capably, but instead of giving us the “old toilet seat” for reuse elsewhere (since it wasn’t really an old toilet seat and a new seat was supposed to be part of the deal), Gusky simply reinstalled the old seat and departed without furnishing the pledged new one, unbeknownst to us. We didn’t bother calling back because it wasn’t worth the hassle. Toilet is working perfectly fine so all things considered, we’re satisfied with the end result but it was not all it was crocked up to be.

The plumber came on time and did a good job. He was able to stop the toilet from running and making a loud noise when flushed. He replaced some of the interior parts inside the toilet bowl. Overall I thought that this was a good deal for the price and would use the plumber again.

The new toilet that they provided is excellent. It uses less water and is the perfect size for a small bath. The installers were highly skilled. - they truly knew what they were doing. They started and ended the job in a half hour. They cleaned up the bathroon floor after they were done. Overall it was a wonderful experience dealing with Jimmy Gusky and his crew .I'm very, very statisfied

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was excellent.

i called a few places to see what companies were charging for the R22. they had the lowest price at $90 per pound. I called and originally scheduled for Friday but had an opening in my schedule so i called back a day later and got an appointment that day (tue). Thomas showed up, explained things pretty clearly, told me i probably needed a new system, gave me some options, filled my refrigerant and sent me two quotes based on what we had decided. one was a bit more energy efficient. I will get a few more quotes but would not hesitate to use Gusky if they have competitive pricing similar systems when it comes time to replace.

The company representative was prompt, professional, and communicated well.

I used Them last Friday. It was good. They did come over an hour late for the lost track but they were very efficient in setting up the appointment. They didn't start pushing me on anything else which was good. The guy who came was very professional.

I contacted Jimmy Gusky and set an appointment for Friday at noon. My husband stayed at home to wait for the technician. When no one showed up by 2 pm, I called and was informed that he was not coming because had something else to do, and that he would come to fix my plumbing on Tuesday instead. Needless to say, I am upset because he should have, at bare minimum, contacted us and cancelled the appointment, instead of have my husband sitting at home waiting.

Professional. Nice. Informative, willing to answer questions and provide PM advice. System was working fine: they didn't try and add any new charges to Big Deal I had already paid for. They had to reschedule from the original appointment because they were so busy, but showed up the next day when it was convenient for me.
