Angie's List, please make some change to your website so that if I DO NOT want to leave a review, I can click a button so that I am NOT asked every single time I log on. It's driving me crazy. In this case, the company's rep came to the house and said this offer wouldn't work with they HVAC system we have. We were refunded. He said there was something which might work though, and that he would send me info about that. It never came. Anyhow, Angie's List, please allow me to NOT review if I chose not to.

Workers arrived right when they said they would. They were able to get our heat going within an hour, and identified the faulty part right away. They gave us detailed instructions on what to do if it went out while they were waiting for the part to arrive. The part arrived within a day, and they were back and had the problem fixed within hours. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Went well. Guys called prior to their scheduled time to inform that they were en route. They were prompt and finished the service in a timely manner. Only took about 30 minutes. Reported that furnace was working to manufacturers specifications.

They were professional and prompt. Their prices were fair.

Very helpful, explained what caused the problem and how to avoid in the future, will definitely use them again!

(I believe I have already submitted a review of this Angie's List Deal.) ?The installation went quickly and thoughtfully. ?I was very impressed with the two fellows who did the work. ?The toilet is a medium grade product, and the installation experience and results have been excellent.

They were excellent. They handled a very difficult job of getting a very old toilet out of our basement bathroom. They are really nice guys.

They did a fantastic job. After installing the toilet they removed the old one and did great job cleaning up. I love the new toilet and I have not had any problems to date. Yes I will be using them again

The heating system in my rented townhouse stopped working on Saturday morning. I called Jimmy Gusky, and he personally came out and inspected the system within two hours!!!! He told me the capacitator needed to be replaced, and that the motor might go within 1-2 years. He was very responsive, honest, and resolved the problem quickly and fairly. I would recommend Jimmy Gusky HVAC!!

We had a problem with them. They showed up when they said they're going to and that's fine. We had issues with the toilet not working properly. They didn't have the right inserts. It took more than one. There were additional charges. We had them fix additional toilets while they're here. It worked out fine. They were adequate. I think they're competent plumbers. We have plumbers who are better.

We were frantic on Sunday morning when, instead of getting ready to go to church, we ended up having to bail sewage water out of the rising tide outside our back basement door! ?Our toilets had been acting up for the past few weeks, but we hadn't time to think about it as I had spine surgery and my recovery was paramount, and other family members worked overtime to make up for my being out of the game. ?So on Sunday, we were not too surprised, but very upset to see that the sewer drain was not only backing up, but it was seeping under the basement door! ?We called 5 providers, and Jimmy answered as the 5th and said he'd send someone over right away. ?An hour and change later, James arrived to the rescue and soon had things under control. ?He had to lift out the toilet and do all kinds of messy things, but he fixed the problem!! ?We were very happy. ?Unfortunately, we spent the rest of the day having to clean everything up in the basement and the basement bathroom and connecting rooms....so much for church!

This was great! They were able to fit us in same day. They came and looked at the issue and addressed it quickly and for a reasonable price. In addition they were very nice and professional. Will definitely use again.

Jimmy is very nice, courteous, and responsive. The people who do the service are of variable quality. They missed the first appointment, which I had to take time off work to wait at home for them for. The next time they came - promising 9 am on the dot - they were 30 minutes late. The first thing they asked to do was use my bathroom to relieve themselves. Both of them asked. While fixing my toilet flushing mechanism - with they didn't really test, just told me right away it had to be replaced - they broke my toilet seat. They say it was already loose. Okay, fine. But then they broke it all the way. They told me they would "be right back" with a new toilet seat. One hour later, I'm still waiting for them - even though I live 5 minutes away from a Home Depot, and my toilet seat was nothing special. Just regular plastic. Turns out they went all the way to some warehouse in Maryland to get my toilet seat! Without disclosing to me anything about how long it would take or how far they were going. I don't think it even occurred to them to check their smartphones for a Home Depot or similar. The actual fixing of a minor problem took maybe 10 minutes, but with the lack of timeliness and all the delays due to errors, the total time it took from me was 5 hours. The job got done, and the price was reasonable. But if you are time sensitive and need things done efficiently, I suggest going with someone else.

Installed new toilet. Work was done in about 1 hour. Very satisfied.

It went good. They sent two very young gentlemen to do the work. They were fine, but I felt someone with more experience would have been better. Evidently, my toilets are not standard and special parts had to be ordered. They had to piece mill the fix by changing only part of the contraption. and they had to do it 2 times while they were here because the first time did not work. But, in the end, it is done, and it has been fine. So maybe anything negative is just my perception but when I compare it to some total professionals that have come to my house, that is what I prefer. But, this was a small job so probably appropriately staffed. They got in touch with me fine, and the communication was good.

It went well, he arrived on time, cleaned up after himself and did an excellent job. I saw this as a deal on Angie's list not totally sure it was a "big deal"The toilet doesn't appear to be anything special looks like a $100 toilet.but again service was excellent.

It went fabulous! He was prompt, polite, and met all of my expectations! They cleaned up after themselves beautifully.

Jimmy had his technician come and install I am delighted thus far! No added mess. He was friendly and pleasant.

The technician, Jacob, arrived ahead of schedule and?completed the installation without detours or?difficulty. Kudos to Jacob for his skills, courtesy and professionalism. The new toilet is lovely and works perfectly. Such a treat and an excellent value.

The services were reasonably priced. For the drain pan, they didn't get the installation quite right, but came back right away and fixed it for no charge.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services went very well. They were quick. It was two of them actually; they were very friendly, polite and professional. I did not spend anymore than the big deal purchase. My only complaint is that the website after I purchased the deal said that they would get in touch with me within I think three days and I think it was anywhere from two to three weeks that I actually did hear from the company to schedule a time. However, once I did have that phone call I think we did have it scheduled within a week.

Jimmy and his team went well beyond the call of duty and only charged me the Angie list special price even though they spent an extra appointment and extra labor hours to fix my leaky toilet. I really appreciated the professionalism, knowledge, know-how, skills and persistence to fix the problem. In addition, Jimmy and his team have something many contractors sorely lack, that is, communication and people skills. I always received a timely response to my phone calls and messages and, no matter how uninformed my questions, an explanation and a recommendation on how to solve the problem - something very important to me as a busy professional. Thank you Jimmy G. and team- you are my new go-to plumbers!!!

The job was done well. I had to pay $50 extra for a certain part that wasn't covered in the deal.

Service Provider never contacted us regarding our Big Deal Purchase.

The plumber arrived within the appointed hour.? He was courteous, pleasant and professional.? The work was completed in very little time and there was no debris left behind.? I purchased a 'deal' for a toilet tuneup at $69.00 and paid an extra $20.00 for the replaced flushing handle....? A really good deal all around.
