Description of Work: installed a new steel handrail in new construction basement entrance into CMU wall. | |Work was done quickly, but initial install was a sloppy. They came back and pretty much fixed it. Not perfect, but good enough. |

Description of Work: Replaced 4 steps and landing of wrought iron back porch. From initial contact to finish of job was completely stress free. Plan to use again to replace backyard chain link fence with wrought iron fencing as soon as I get he finances together (abhor debt). Both the owner (Bini) and his employees were a pleasure to work with....

Description of Work: I used this contractor before and they did a good job in my house. This time I contacted Bini to repair my window wrought iron cover . Bini came gave an estimate on Tuesday and said if possible he will do the job on Wednesday but for sure on Thursday. On Thursday he did not came ; at 4 pm I called his office and the apologize and promised to be at my home on Friday. I am still waiting.... .
