My kitchen floor was down to bare wood in areas. Now, it’s beautiful! KPI gave a reasonable price for the job, the workmen were all friendly, professional, able to answer questions, and Rob O was always reachable and very helpful-even when I decided to switch from water to oil based polyurethane at the last minute! I definitely recommend using KPI for hardwood floor refinishing!

I absolutely love this flooring. Rob and his crew were efficient and got the floor installed in record time and as far as I am concerned, perfect! They were neat, clean, and listened to me if I had a concern. I definitely will hire Rob again when I need more flooring or carpet.

The floors look great, but the state they left our home in was alarming. Everything was covered in dust and there was pee on our toilet seats. However, Rob sent a team out within 24 hours to rectify the situation, which we were very grateful for. They do right by their customers.

Work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Would have liked better communication, job needed to be rescheduled a couple times. But regardless of that, the carpet was correct and job was done professionally

I had them install three rooms of hardwood flooring . One room at a time over a six month period. Each time my experience was the same, good service, very capable installers, a quality job! If I had anymore rooms to do, I would certainly call them. Quality craftsmen!

They did a great job! I had carpets cleaned and flooring replaced in laundry room and bathroom. Rates were reasonable and workers were "on time, courteous, and cleaned up after the job was done." Would definitely use them again.!

Concerning Karpet Partnersâ recent installation of LVT in our basement and carpet on our basement stairs: Rob, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with; the end product looks excellent; and the cost was simply unmatchable. The process was very quick and so easy! We haven’t gotten any results as we just ordered the carpet.

Rob and his group did excellent work. We used them for sanding/refinishing our hardwood floors, 1st and second floors including stairs. The floors now look brand new. We also had them rip out our basement carpeting and replace with new LVT, as well as ripping out and replacing the carpet on the basement stairs. The workmanship on the floor tile installation was exemplary. Rob came out for the estimate, he was very efficient with measurement and gave us good advice. His employees were good workers, efficient and polite. We thought the cost was reasonable. Fahmida Bashar

They did a great job, from start to finish , Rob was excellent to do business with . I needed the flooring completed in 2 days and they completed it without any problems . Very easy to work with. If I had a problem it was dealt with immediately. What is mean clear of what was happening and one what they were going to do how they were going to do it. I canâ t say enough about the quality of the work that was done on my home. Five stars doesnâ t do it justice Rob and his crew or a fabulous absolutely fabulous to work with.
