My wife and I rented our house in the historic district in Litchfield CT for three years. We decided to purchase this gorgeous 1821 historic house. It was previously a rental property for 29 years. As gorgeous as it is we needed to do some work right away to keep the gorgeous appeal. Two days after I closed on the house I had Rob and his team come in and basically they worked magic on the hardwood floors through out our house. We went with natural look and I can t say enough about he care and the customer service of Rob company. I noticed a lot of people talk about how Rob answers all questions and calls that is an understatement. Rob takes all calls with pride, very easy to talk too, his generosity to answer all questions no matter how many you might have, and his knowledge of the work is incredible. Rob is a family man that cares about every project as if it was his own house for his own family. I have now made a commitment to Rob that for the reminder projects in our house he will be doing them from putting tiles down in our bathroom, updating tiles in kitchen, converting our carpet laundry room to a hard surface flooring, and upgrading the carpet on our stairs and master closet. I truly didn t just hire a flooring company for my new home I hired a new friend/family man to help me make the changes for my wife and I and our first baby on the way in our new HOME!!! The crew arrived on time to stretch and clean four bedroom carpets. They followed appropriate health protocols (masks). The resulting work was excellent with the carpets looking brand new. I would highly recommend contractor for all carpeting needs.

I highly recommend this company for all your flooring needs. Big or small projects. The Employees are talented in there trade. They treat you with respect and there fast to get the work done. I have been working with this company for about 3 yrs now. I own multiple properties in Connecticut. You wont beat there pricing or workmanship and Rob Oley will take good care of you.

Excellent Job for us. Rob was always available, priced right and did thorough work.

Rob is very professional, knowledgeable and nice to work with. Although our project was small for him, he still put in 100 percent effort and made us feel that he really cares about us. His crew were on time, worked efficiently, covered the furniture before sanding and cleaned up afterwards. The final product looks great and I would definitely recommend his service!

Karpet Partners replaced carpeting in my large bedrooms, stairs and closets with hickory hard wood. Rob selected a high quality hickory hardwood and is more beautiful than I imagined. The installer's work was flawless. Very professional team to work with!

Work was scheduled quickly. Men came on time. Did a nice job on stretching our bedroom carpet. All furniture returned to its locations and room was thoroughly cleaned. Owner called after work was completed.

Tear-out and install 350SF gluedown commercial carpet with vinyl cove in two offices. Timely work , good install , and good clean-up.

Excellent communication.

This company is the exception not the rule these days. They did a great job, returned calls promptly and were on time everyday. Rob the owner is great to deal with. They moved our furniture out and back in upon completion. If you are confused on who to choose, do yourself a favor and give them a call.

Only complaint is they were an hour late and I had to call them. They did not call me to let me know they were running late.

Pat was awesome. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He was reasonably priced and did an amazing job. I had 6 rooms and 12 stairs done. I could not be happier with the results.
