Picked up rugs last Friday and will deliver this week. Responded quickly to my original request. So far all is good.

They were on time and were professional. They did a great job and removed all the stains in the carpet.

I recently had a water loss from a washing machine and the water flooded a big area rug and carpets in my basement. The carpet soaked up the water and was sitting for several days before I called KPI. I talked to Rob Oley who responded in a promptly manner and picked up my area rug which at that point smelled sour. The rug was cleaned within a few days and looked quite new and did not have that foul oder anymore. Very professional with no complaints and will use KPI for all my carpet needs.

Although later than anticipatedd, the two young men were professiional, knowledgable and thorough in cleaning my furniture. When they wefe done both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised and pleased. Our fifteen year old furniture looked like new!

KPI did an outstanding job on my tile and carpeted floors. In addition, they cleaned two upholstered chairs and two leather sofas. The chairs and sofas are 30 years old, but now look brand new. Rob Oley was fantastic in his follow-up, making sure that I was more than happy with the job. The two young men who came to do the job were very pleasant, considerate and extremely efficient. I thought it would take a day or more to do all that I had contracted for, but the men were in and out in four hours. I will definitely use KPI the next time I have floor or furniture cleaning needs.

Karpet Partners, Inc. did a phenomenal job. They were able to make a carpet with animal stains look like new! I was very impressed with their professionalism. KPI, showed up on time and completed the job within the appointed time frame. They were very reasonably priced and well worth the money spent. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Awesome response and service. Rob was available immediately to provide me with needed carpet cleaning as well as smaller rugs which he took and had cleaned and returned in very short order. Professional and nice staff!
