KPI and their crew of workers did an amazing job. The crew had no clue what they were getting into when they took this job on. A simple rug intstall, took a few hours longer than planned, with no flaut of theirs. The old rug was just awful to tear out, but they did it and the new rug looks great. Hats off to KPI & there crew.

MY FLOORS LOOK AWESOME! KPI did an excellent job on my hardwood floors that needed to be refinished after 25 years of wear and tear and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The workers were professional and very pleasant. They moved all the furniture out of the rooms and came back two days later when the floors were dried, in a snowstorm to help us move the furniture back into the rooms. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing their wood floors refinished.

I found Rob, the owner to be very efficent and professional. The follow through was above and beyond! The workers were also very nice and got right to work! My husband and I are very pleased with our flooring... we have had many compliments already! When there was a small issue with the stairs not retaining their stain... Rob had his employees come out that same day to make the repairs. Rob took the extra step to call and be sure we were more than satisfied with his work. Overall, a great experience! Thank you Rob!

Quick phone response. Great customer service. Stretched, steam-cleaned within 24 hours. We almost thought we would have to replace the carpet @ $2000. It was rippled and very dirty and looked awful . They made it come to life with stretching and a thorough cleaning. Excellent work and very courteous technicians. They do quality work at very fair prices. Being a landlord "time was of the essence" to flip the unit. They really did help us out in a pinch.

Pat showed up a little late, but took his time and did a great job even though he did not leave until after 7pm. It was a rush call on July 3rd, we, then had the rug stretched after the spot dried. So far so good, we avoided a costly insurance claim

Rob worked with my schedule to have someone at my house first thing Monday morning. Pat was very professional, quiet, got right to work and did a great job getting my couch clean. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing upholstery cleaned.
