A wonderful experience. Rob came and gave me an estimate to install groutable vinyl tile. I chose his company because they were, by far, the most reasonably priced. His crew showed up on time, were very nice, hardworking, professional and did a phenomenal job. I would definitely recommend KPI and will use them again when I refinish my hardwood floors.

Rob was a pleasure to work with. Came out a few times to show us different products, recommended what would work best, answered all of our questions quickly, and readily available for information. Very fast turnaround from contact to install. Employee were friendly and efficient. No complaints at all!

Karpet Partners did an incredible job refinishing out hardwood floors. They also repaired a couple damaged boards and installed a carpet runner on our stairs. Rob is incredibly communicative and prompt with responses, and he answered all our questions throughout the process.. We are very pleased with the work Karpet Partners did in our house, and we highly recommend them!

They were on the job at the times they said they would be and they did a good job of refinishing a hardwood floor that is about a hundred years old. It wasn't an easy job.

I “interviewed” three contractors but was most impressed by Rob with KPI. Even better, the two workers that refinished my floors were very professional, courteous, and did outstanding work on my “tired” looking floors. Next year, I plan on having other floors in my home to be refinished through KPI. I highly recommend you consider Rob and his staff!

Rob 'gets' how the approach varies depending on the situation, e.g. owner-occupant vs realtor preparing a house to go on the market. Has good ideas, suggestions.

KPI Sanded and sealed new flooring inside our cottage and sanded and sealed our covered porch floor. It looks fantastic! We then had KPI install new carpet in our primary residence and refinish our wood floors in the home. Everything looks fantastic and Rob Oley and crew are wonderful to work with.
