We are a manufacturing business and the carpets and floors receive a substantial amount of wear and tear. Karpet Partners came in with a quote that was lower than 2 other companies and did a good job. Rob was flexible in accommodating our business and easy to work with. Excellent follow-up as well, which is seemingly more and more uncommon.

The only reason that I gave an overall 4 was the time it took to complete the job. The first sub-contractor ended up having a medical issue, however, Rob found another sub-contractor as soon as it became apparent the other would not be able to start the refinishing. Before we even started the job Rob made sure that I selected the color that I wanted. While it took longer I still got the quality work I was looking for. Great job. I should have done this 2 years ago!

All the work was done incredibly quickly and well. The crews did a great job cleaning up and I was really happy with how everything turned out. Rob was super flexible and responsive. Thumbs up.
