My window of scheduled time was between 1 and 3 pm I received a call that they would be arriving at 1:45 and they were at my house at exactly 1:45. The employees were extremely professional, told me exactly what they were going to do to clean my couch which had soot on it from a broken furnace issue. My couch looks brand new. The cleaning job was beyond my expectations. They have exceptional customer service. If other companies possed what KPI has with their employees and customer service the world would be a lot better! I will continue to hire them when needed and I have told all my family and friends about them. They are awesome and my couch is gorgeous!

Overall very good. Very happy with the hardwood floors, they look amazing. Rob was very courteous over the phone and in person. KPI did contract the work out to someone else, not that I have a problem with that, it just wasn't communicated clearly. The job ran a little longer than was expected. Overall I would suggest KPI and Rob to other people.

They arrived per the schedule and did the requested work which was to clean pet stains from a couch. Once they cleaned the couch, we also had them clean the love seat.

I hired KPI to refinish hardwood floors in 3 rooms and do a professional tile and grout cleaning in a large foyer and kitchen area. The customer service was outstanding! As a real estate agent, I come into contact with many vendors and working with Rob and his crew set a new level of standard - I will use them again regularly and highly recommend them.

Very great customer relations, good workmanship, all the workers were very efficient, worked on schedule, cleaned up after himself, did a beautiful job, good on detail, good with following up to make sure everything was ok, very professional and enjoyable to work with. They did a nice professional job. The installers were quickly in and out and finished sooner than anticipated. Will definitely use them again for other home flooring improvements since they have a nice variety of products.

Rob Oley was responsive to my calls and the two young men who moved and replaced the furniture were absolutely wonderful. Couldn't ask for 2 finer young men. Had carpeting removed and floors refinished.Look very nice...
