The staff was courteous, pleasant and thorough. My badly soiled carpet looks like new! In order to get the job done, they move furniture and return it to its correct location. They also stretched the carpets and did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend Karpet Partners and plan to use them again in the future. Great job!!

I had a chair and two love seats that needed cleaning....they did a great job ...the chair was especially stained...seems to be the favorite chair with the grandchildren....it looked new when they finished...

They went above and beyond, way more then we were expecting. The communication was amazing.

I reached out to this company for the stretching of a carpet in my home. Rob was very responsive and personable from the beginning and managed to get someone out to my home the same day. Rob even made sure to follow up the following day to inquire about how everything turned out. The work done was perfect and beyond what I expected was achievable with the rug. The gentlemen who completed the work were very efficient and skilled. They completed the job in under an hour and a half and managed to fix an area where there wasn't sufficient carpet to stretch and made it look like new. Initially thought it was a little pricey, but after seeing the results and quality of work - it was definitely worth what was charged. Overall great experience from beginning to end.

Scheduling was convenient. One team did the carpet stretch, and a different team did the carpet steam-clean, both on the same day. Both teams were totally professional, courteous, and they showed up on time. A little pricey, but I didn't need to hire two different companies to do the two procedures, so that was very convenient. Would hire them again, and would highly recommend. The manager/owner called back to check on service after procedures were completed. I consider this an excellent benchmark of customer service.

KPI removed and returned our furniture for this project. They were professional and careful. A little paint got on a dresser and they apologized and fixed the error.The floor refinishing looks great. A very professional, proactive and dedicated organization.

They gave us a great estimate, stuck to it and were flexible in scheduling. They showed up on time and completed the job in less than 2 hours (they figured it would take about 2 hours). The carpets look and smell great they got out any sort of stains and made them appear like new. We will use them again in the future.

Very nice people to work with. Arrived at the correct time with a call ahead to say they were on the way. Did a great job of cleaning my old stained carpet. They were even able to remove black grease stains. I will definitely use them again. Thank you KPI :)
