Rob was very considerate,, returning calls promptly and very flexible in working with us on a "pull-up and reinstall" carpeting problem. Accommodated another specialist schedule to resolve our problem. Workmen were professional, neat, courteous and prompt. Would highly recommend KPI.

Rob was very quick to respond to my request for an estimate and was very easy and friendly to work with. His team did a fantastic job on my carpet install. They were very professional and did the job in the time frame they said they would! Rob is a good guy and I will definitely use him again as well as recommend him to friends and family.

The tile had never been professional cleaned and is 20 plus years old. I am extremely happy with the way the tile looks. The guys were friendly, respectful and very professional. They also were on time and done within the time frame they had stated.

Rob at KPI responded to my inquiry immediately. He came out to provide a free estimate--and beat out two other estimates from local companies. His crew was able to come out the following day for install, and the carpeting looks great. Rob and his installation crew cleaned up and did a wonderful job overall. Very pleased here. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. In fact, I already have referred them to a friend.
