Rob and his crew did a great job refinishing 5 rooms and a staircase in our home. Rob was very prompt to initially call and arrange an estimate. He also was extremely helpful in determining the correct color that would mask the pet stains that did not sand out. The floors are absolutely beautiful.

I hired Karpet Partners, Inc. to clean my carpet but found out they offered other services such as painting, refinishing hard wood floors, and janitorial services. I was in a rush to get the painting job done on a rental property and they were able to meet my last minute request to paint the interior of a 4 bedroom apartment. They even worked the weekend in order to get it done quickly. The paint job came out excellent and was the best paint job I've had in the many years of renting out this apartment. The price was very competitive as well.

Checked with Home Advisors @ 9:00 p.m. and Rob had called back by 9:00 a.m. Wonderful to deal with. Had carpet stretching done on Monday (a holiday, even though they had a pretty good distance to travel!) and the whole house carpets cleaned on Friday. Both crews were friendly, professional and considerate. Pricing was good. Would definitely recommend them.
