Excellent job cleaning fine oriental rugs; picked up and delivered without a hitch. I also had them do my basement wall-to-wall carpet; their equipment is excellent. Price for oriental rugs was good; price for basement was only average, but all in all this is an excellent company

I did a Google Search for Carpet/Rug Cleaners near my home address and came upon your website, Servicemagic. The website then recommended Karpet Partners, Inc. as a contact to have my Rug cleaned. I emailed KPI and immediately received a phone call to see how KPI could be of service to me. I was given a quote and the rug was picked up the very next day at my home. In 4 days it was ready and delivered back to my home. We now have a very professionally clean rug under our Dining Room table and it looks beautiful. KPI did an excellent job and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very nice to work with. Called me let me know he was running 15 min. late. Called me the next day to follow up. It did take longer for the carpet to dry than he said, probably because it was a basement, but that was fine with me. It was dry a day later.
