Description of Work: The plumber hooked our water softener backwash to a previously unused floor drain without checking that the drain was patent. When the softener recycled, it flooded our entire downstairs leading to over $23,000 in damage.

Description of Work: Estimate was to replace 1957 circa fuse box with breaker panel, 100 Amperes, and connect a transfer switch and external receptacle for a portable generator. Estimate was about $3000. Too much.

Description of Work: Mike the technician came on time and was most professional. He measured and looked thoroughly at my water heater. Then went to his truck to call about this model to see if it is still available. It is not and replacing it with the current model would entail modifications to the vent and the siding. Because I live in a condo this is not feasible. The price was twice what the other company quoted. He said that he knew that and understood if I chose another company. All is all the experience was okay but frustrating conclusion. He was very honest with me.

Description of Work: All the techncian did was give an overall look at the system. The noise I heard (which is why I caled) never occurred while he was here......naturally. But he did do some adjustments and I learned additional things about the system which is new to me as I just moved into the home.

Description of Work: I would certainly call on Aiello again. They serviced our problem, explained what needed to be done to service the furnace, and did not pressure us into buying a new furnace (despite the fact that ours is old).

Description of Work: absord pricing with no flexibility. Rather than actaully figure out what you need they have a 1 price for all systemand sales people in fancy cars coming to convnce you to upgrade your equipment. total waste of time
