We've had them back out since then to look at some other issues. Turns out that one window was just dirty (we thought the another seal had been broken) and they climbed up a ladder and confirmed that it just needed cleaning. We have another window problem that involves water damage that affected the framing, and they recommended a contractor since the extent of the damage was more severe than we thought.
They are honest and trustworthy, which are very important characteristics for any business, but particularly those that work on your home. We're probably going to use them for the bath/shower enclosure for a bathroom remodel that we are planning. Highly recommended!
