The Plumber was Jorge Luna, he is wonderful! Great workmanship attention to detail, prompt, neat. a master at what he does! I loved working with him.

Customer service was amazing and was able to schedule a free inspection that evening. Got an estimate that same evening and had someone out there to install a new faucet the next morning. I also asked them to take pictures of the work since I was not there and they sent me multiple pictures before and after. Was very pleased with the work.

The technician came in and told us that he wouldn't touch the water heater before we commit to a service charge of $179.00 ( this was the approximate #). I argue with his company and finally agreed on about $149.00. In less than 5 minutes the technician told us he "reset the elements" and all was OK. The same problem occurred after 2 days and I have been "resetting the elements" almost every other day for over 2 months since his last repair.

They were very prompt (same day), called with estimated time, called en route. Jorge and Arturo knew immediately what they were doing, and found parts on truck. Worked quickly and confidently repairing leak in shower cartridge. Were reassuring that I would not/should not have done it myself! So glad to have it fixed...no more drips! Was more worrisome than was worth, as they made it so easy to have fixed, the RIGHT way.

Prompt and efficient. Once they had identified the problem they fixed it on a return trip within 20 minutes. Very nice guy and customer service was quick and responsive

when they came, they was supposed to give me an estimate of the job, the technician did not know mine water heater, and he end up,calling the company for informations, that got no were, cause i still got the problem, and they charge me for an hour work

Thankfully the plumber did not have to install new (expensive) Kohler brass faucets on my tub and sink. He kept at it until he was able to remove old components that kept faucets from seizing up and not working, then replace with new parts that I purchased ahead of time. Cleaned up after.
