I thought the workmanship was very good but the price exceeded what I was expecting and quoted. The fact that we never put the quote in writing made me feel like I was trapped into using them. I understand that things can go wrong but I would like to know ahead of time if the price would possibly double.

they called to say that they would be there in half an hour and he was. Mike explained what he was going to do and gave me the estimate with the price. He replaced the seal on the toilet, Mike was very professional, friendly and cleaned up after himself. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to others

Very professional

Great experience, plumber very professional and experienced. Removed a water spray since faucet had one built in but plumber did not cap the openining therefore hole still open. Plumber did not hav a cap with him. Would've expected him to come back to finish job, left open hole.
