They came when they said they would, calling first so that I could meet them at the door. Work was done quickly and clean-up also done. The plumber was nice, explained as he went along and was the first to notice that there was another plumbing problem. Thanks to him the water company came and fixed the larger problem. All is good. The office staff was courteous and helpful too!

Advance Rooter Plumbing was fantastic; they called me within minutes of submitting my request, gathered some information and within two hours, were at my home. My request was urgent because I had thought that another service could do the job but could not; Advance Rooter stepped in and took care of it. Highly recommend this company and will use them again, I'm sure.

the customer service was great, eta communication was great. the plumber himself took the info I had from previous work and it aided him in the quote and the job which was done well and in a very reasonable time frame. only negative is plumbers have a tendency not to do wall patch jobs after the plumbing job itself has been accomplished. I was made aware of this prior so it did not affect this review. I will use this company and the plumber himself again when it becomes necessary.

Terrific. They did a great job updating my bathroom. I had used them in my hair salon business and they really know their stuff. The office staff is fabulous and organized and Adam is quick to respond. I'd recommend them to anyone.
