Called promptly, letting me know that all their current plumbers were at other jobs but they could come by later that evening if I wished. I accepted and they showed up earlier than expected, inspected the leaking pipe I had, and gave me the estimate up front based on their pricing chart. Job was done well and the plumber was very professional, and cleaned up after he was done.

Called and arrived quickly. Estimate accurate. both answering service and professional were terrific - a really great experience - recommend highly.

Hadn't worked with these guys before, but we had a severe weekend emergency and couldn't get through to our regular plumber. The Advanced Rooter technician showed up immediately, descended into our dark crawlspace basement to identify the problem, which turned out to be a burst expansion tank that was spewing water everywhere. He then went back out to procure the parts he needed and promptly returned to install them, fixing the problem. He accomplished all of this and was gone before our regular guy even got around to calling us back. So yes, I'm sold on this company, and we now have a new regular plumber.
