quick responce, a little pricey

I had an emergency with leaking pipes but could not get a call back from my most recent “new” plumber. HomeAdvisor referred Advanced Rooter, they responded right away, did a temporary weekend fix on the extremely difficult-to-access pipes and valves, came back early the following week and rerouted the pipes so they’re completely accessible, installed really easy hot/cold line shutoffs. Love it! About to have them replace the leaky well pump, their work was so good, timely and reasonable. Goodbye to my old plumber!

Their response was immediate following my inquiry on a Friday evening. Arrived promptly for estimate appointment, and work was begun immediately and completed in less than 3 hours, and that included me going out to purchase the sink and faucet. Excellent quality of work and an excellent attitude on the part of the installer.

The repairman came out the night that the problem was found. He did bang on the older pipes apparently finding a bigger problem I had with older pipes that had cracked and apparently not legal to have anymore (mousetrap). i wasnt charged for the initial repair or estimate of problem because I chose to have the old pipes replaced. The replacement wound up costing me $1800.00. They did work with me to make 2 payments. The other repairman, George, came out and completed the work in a timely manner.The work so far ooks to be done very well and hopefully will last for many years to come.
