Working with Mike throughout the whole process was great. From the initial contact to the finished product Mike was professional and informative keeping me in the loop throughout the entire time he was here.

He approaches people as if he wants a customer not just a job. By working with me we replaced my hot water heater for $400 less than anyone else. I intend to use him on every plumbing job as he is very fair and honest. His quote is "He tries to do the right thing"

Michael was quick to respond, was able to assess the issue, propose a solution and do the work on the spot. Fair pricing, good work. He and his partner installed a new external hose bibb in a difficult to access spot. They had to pull up carpet and cut into the sub-flooring to access the 12 inch clearing to remove broken pipe pieces from the inside, but they did a great job and put everything back the way it was. Works as expected. Would recommend.

Mike is prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. He installed a new kitchen sink & faucet as well as a bathroom sink. Great customer service and fair pricing. I plan on hiring him again when we redo our upstairs baths.
